For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Corporate Development Director to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making.
About the role
You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of corporate development initiatives by evaluating acquisitions and partnerships
- Research market trends and perform financial analyses to assess opportunities
- Coordinate diligence workstreams across internal and external partners
- Manage diligence activities, identify risks, and recommend strategic decisions
- Prepare analyses and presentations for internal discussions and board presentations
- Enhance corporate development tools and processes for efficient execution
- Establish effective collaboration methods with stakeholders to improve transaction outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or consulting
- Strong financial acumen to analyze financial statements and deal economics
- Demonstrated analytical skills to synthesize diverse information for strategic evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Pay
$137,000 – $200,750 annually
