Corporate Counsel, Legal Shared Services

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial agreements from drafting to negotiation
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for various departments
• Manage and update global brand authorization letters for imports and exports
• Oversee corporate governance matters including annual filings and officer changes
• Provide strategic legal consultation on establishment of new facilities globally
• Collaborate with external counsel on complex legal issues and litigation matters
• Coordinate cross-divisional legal matters and collaborate on global policy implementation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate or shared services environment, ideally in-house
• Strong project management skills in complex, matrixed environments
• Hands-on experience with legal technology platforms and AI-driven legal tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement
