About the Role

Support emerging export control matters within a global legal team, collaborating with business and legal units to develop innovative compliance strategies for advanced technologies such as AI and quantum computing.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex regulatory landscapes and emerging trends.
• Translate legal frameworks into actionable business guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technological advancements.
• Navigate global export control and strategic control laws.
• Assist in developing legal solutions at the intersection of technology, law, and global strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-bar legal experience with a Juris Doctor and active bar membership.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylum status).
• Exceptional research, analytical, and independent decision-making skills.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing complex, fast-moving issues.
• Deep knowledge of export control laws and compliance.
• Preferred: experience in corporate law, in-house roles, technology sector legal compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
