Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal guidance to Corporate Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Security teams
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring robust compliance mechanisms across multiple business units
• Develop strategic safety and security frameworks that mitigate workplace risks
• Manage global regulatory inquiries and inspections with precision and expertise
• Collaborate with international legal teams to create cohesive safety strategies

You'll engage with cross-functional teams, diving deep into complex environmental, health, and safety challenges. From analyzing regulatory landscapes to crafting proactive compliance mechanisms, you'll play a critical role in shaping workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience in Regulatory Law

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal work in both corporate law firm and/or in-house legal environments
• Comprehensive background in occupational safety and health compliance
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
• Experience dealing with legal matters pertaining to OSHA is a plus
• Experience dealing with environmental law is a plus

Pay

The base salary range for this position is:

• USA, VA, Arlington: $153,900.00 - $208,200.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle: $153,900.00 - $208,200.00 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
