Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for construction and infrastructure development
- Handle agreements for power and energy procurement, including PPAs and interconnection agreements
- Negotiate commercial agreements like vendor, supplier, and master services agreements
- Support procurement initiatives through RFP processes and supplier onboarding
- Advise on risk allocation, payment structures, and practical legal solutions
- Monitor compliance with agreements and resolve contract-related issues
- Develop and maintain standard templates and contracting processes
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in construction law or infrastructure projects, energy law preferred
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, especially EPC and energy contracts
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure developments
- Prominent business judgment and ability to simplify legal concepts for practical use
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams
- Active member of a state bar

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
