Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for construction and infrastructure development
  • Handle agreements for power and energy procurement, including PPAs and interconnection agreements
  • Negotiate commercial agreements like vendor, supplier, and master services agreements
  • Support procurement initiatives through RFP processes and supplier onboarding
  • Advise on risk allocation, payment structures, and practical legal solutions
  • Monitor compliance with agreements and resolve contract-related issues
  • Develop and maintain standard templates and contracting processes

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in construction law or infrastructure projects, energy law preferred
  • Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, especially EPC and energy contracts
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure developments
  • Prominent business judgment and ability to simplify legal concepts for practical use
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Active member of a state bar

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
