About the role
SymphonyAI is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel (5-8 years) to join our Legal team. This role manages a broad range of commercial legal matters supporting our B2B operations across the Americas, with exposure to EMEA and APAC markets. The ideal candidate brings a blend of law firm experience and in-house acumen to negotiate complex technology contracts, advise cross-functional teams, and deliver pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance that enables growth while protecting the company’s interests. Remote role based in the U.S., with collaboration across time zones. Occasional flexible hours may be needed to support EMEA and APAC stakeholders.
