Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction and commercial agreements.
• Advise project teams on contract risk and compliance matters.
• Support projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and standard forms.
• Manage and improve CLM processes and workflows.
• Partner with risk and insurance teams on contractual obligations.
• Afford dispute resolution and claims-related matters.
• Assist with litigation counsel with investigations and document reviews.
• Lead legal operations and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience.
• Construction contract drafting and negotiation experience required.
• Experience supporting energy, power, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms and legal technology.
• Strong background in contract negotiation and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working directly with operations and business leadership.
