Corporate Counsel, Amazon Supply Chain Services

About the role

Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a smart, experienced, and business-minded attorney for our Amazon Supply Chain Services business. You'll help build and grow the business that opens Amazon's full portfolio of freight, distribution, fulfillment, and parcel shipping capabilities to businesses of all types and sizes. You will provide product and technology counseling; advise on regulatory compliance, AI governance, and responsible innovation; and partner with cross-functional teams to enable responsible business growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to senior business leaders while balancing speed with sound legal judgment in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Provide product counseling and day-to-day legal support across the ASCS portfolio.
• Advise on AI compliance and responsible deployment of AI-driven logistics products.
• Counsel cross-functional stakeholders across operations, product, finance, and public policy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

Preferred qualifications include experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work, the ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, concise business guidance, and experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is:

• USA, NY, New York: $169,300.00 - $229,000.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington: $153,900.00 - $208,200.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle: $153,900.00 - $208,200.00 USD annually
