What You’ll Do
- Oversight of all accounting operations, including financial statements, consolidations, and intercompany transactions
- Ensuring accuracy of financial data and maintaining balance sheet integrity
- Managing cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions
- Leading internal controls, compliance efforts, and audit readiness
- Cooking internal and external audits, including year-end reporting
- Overseeing revenue, lease, and capital project accounting
- Driving process improvements and enhancing financial reporting efficiency
- Providing financial analysis, KPIs, and decision support to leadership
- Supporting and mentoring accounting staff
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in healthcare or multi-entity organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups; Power Query a plus)
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Problem-solver with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication and ability to work both independently and on a team
