What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decisions
• Cook up coordination of audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Pioneering ability to manage processes, people, and deadlines in a dynamic environment
