Corporate Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

The Operational Excellence Program Lead is responsible for enterprise-wide initiatives, including the programmatic deployment of the Zeus Operating System and corporate continuous improvement projects. This position plays a critical role in coaching and mentoring team members in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools to support problem-solving.

The role collaborates with teams at all levels to serve as a change agent for enterprise-wide initiatives that optimize operations, reduce waste, and build organizational capability to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide deployment of the Zeus Operating System.
• Drive corporate continuous improvement projects.
