Corporate Content Development Manager - $50-$59/hr

Our client, a corporate organization, is seeking a Senior Client Learning and Development Specialist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About the Role

Develop and manage scalable customer education programs, digital learning content, and LMS resources for external customers.

• Create and maintain educational materials including eLearning modules, videos, product guides, knowledge articles, and learning paths
• Build customer-facing learning programs that drive product adoption, onboarding success, and customer engagement
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing to support product launches, feature adoption, and strategic customer initiatives
• Manage and grow customer community engagement through peer learning opportunities, advocacy programs, and educational events
• Measure program effectiveness through customer engagement, adoption, retention, and support deflection metrics
• Continuously improve education initiatives using customer feedback and performance data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 7+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, or training within a SaaS environment
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing learning programs, ideally from the ground up
• Strong background developing digital learning content for external customers, not internal employees
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, CRM systems, and knowledge management platforms
• Experience creating learning paths, content roadmaps, and customer education strategies

Pay

Temporary pay: $50-$59/hr
Permanent Salary: $115K-$140K, depending on experience

Schedule

• Hybrid: 4 days onsite
• 37.5-hour work week
