Responsibilities

• Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their corporate communications careers
• Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
• Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Requirements

• Professional experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Strategic Communications
• Strong understanding of communications career paths, stakeholder management, and messaging strategy
• Experience mentoring communications professionals is highly valued
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to have

• Public relations or media relations experience
• Executive communications experience, including supporting C-suite or senior leadership messaging
• Experience in energy, petrochemical, healthcare, or other industries prominent in the Houston market
• Background supporting large corporations or major Texas-based brands
