Corporate Communications & Media Relations Manager
About the role
The Adobe Corporate Media & Communications team is responsible for protecting and advancing the company's corporate reputation through business and tech strategy storytelling. We're looking for a mid-level communications professional who leads with a media-first mentality and can drive high-impact opportunities that move the needle on how Adobe is perceived by the press, industry, and general public.
Core Responsibilities
Media Relations & Storytelling: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers and non-traditional media across tech and business to advance Adobe's corporate reputation. Pitch and secure high-impact earned media opportunities that reflect Adobe's business and technology strategy and value to key audiences. Think creatively to identify new storytelling opportunities where Adobe can show up to reinforce our corporate positioning and AI leadership. A strong writer who can develop press materials — pitches, statements, messaging — that clearly articulate the Adobe story. Flex across the broader comms team to support media needs as they arise.
Corporate Communications Generalist: Serve as a communications partner for the CSR and Employee Experience teams, proactively engaging and providing strategic counsel to teams and senior leaders to source stories, develop narratives and thoughtfully execute integrated comms plans. Support thought leadership development that amplifies Adobe's corporate functions and elevates key internal voices externally.
Team Operations & Enablement: Lead our awards strategy and tiger team — identifying, managing, and submitting opportunities that strengthen Adobe's reputation as a leading technology company and employer. Own global newsroom management, including publishing processes, content authoring, and general governance. Oversee the development of a high-visibility daily coverage report. Manage general operational tasks such as PR team inbox monitoring and team budget.
