Corporate BIM Design Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate BIM Design Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will guide BIM execution and design coordination efforts across multidisciplinary projects, with a strong focus on model quality, workflow efficiency, and standards compliance. The position will partner closely with engineering and design teams to improve collaboration, resolve conflicts early, and support successful project delivery. It is well suited for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, strengthening BIM practices, and driving consistency across complex design environments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,640 – $131,040 annually Responsibilities Update and align the BIM Execution Plan with project requirements Lead the creation and coordination of BIM models, including clash detection and validation Mentor design staff on standardized modeling techniques using Revit Troubleshoot software issues to support seamless project delivery Optimize workflows across BIM tools including Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud Develop systems for managing BIM models throughout the facility lifecycle Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate design elements into a cohesive BIM environment Conduct audits and reviews of BIM models to ensure compliance with standards and specifications Lead BIM coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts effectively Implement and enhance BIM best practices across all projects Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in BIM management and piping design Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud Deep understanding of multidisciplinary design principles and piping systems Experience leading multidisciplinary BIM projects and coordinating teams Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with industry standards and BIM best practices such as BIMForum LOD Specification Benefits Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and their families Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance 401(k) company contribution matching to support retirement savings Tuition reimbursement for continued education and professional development Flexible work arrangements may be available to accommodate personal needs Employee support programs, including counseling and caregiver support services Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
