About the Program

  • Leverage software tools to complete financial spreads, risk ratings, covenant tests, cash flow, and global cash flow to aid in the analysis of a borrower’s creditworthiness.
  • Research available data (internet sources, subscription-based utilities) and summarize information on current and projected industry status, borrower conditions, and general economic trends to support lending decisions.
  • Perform credit-risk analysis across FNB’s lines of business: Commercial Banking, Asset Based Lending, Equipment Finance, Business Banking, and Investment Real Estate.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking matters, compliance, credit analysis, policies, procedures, and personal skills through self-directed learning.
  • Participate in community social engagements to build professional relationships with tenured bankers and capitalize on networking opportunities with FNB’s leadership team.
  • Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risks encountered daily in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk-management program.
  • Adhere to all regulatory laws and company procedures as a required component of the role.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Financial-services experience through internships or campus activities.
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated through extracurricular and community activities (preferred).
