About the role
Corporate Attorney contract position, remote, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $140 to $350 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legal scenarios in mergers & acquisitions and private equity
- Draft, review, and annotate legal documents for accuracy and context
- Evaluate commercial litigation cases for structured data representation
- Assess corporate law issues and provide insights on best practices
- Collaborate with technical specialists to translate legal reasoning
- Identify inconsistencies in legal materials for data quality improvement
- Deliver precise feedback on model outputs to maintain legal nuance
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited institution and active bar membership
- Minimum of 3 years as a practicing attorney in relevant fields
- Proven attention to detail in synthesizing complex legal materials
- Experience in drafting and reviewing transactional or litigation documents
- Background in computer science or AI/data annotation projects preferred
- Ability to communicate legal concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills and collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset
Pay
$140 – $350 per hour
