Corporate Attorney

We’re seeking a Corporate Attorney to join our team. This is a remote position available in multiple locations including Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, San Diego, CA, and Austin, TX.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance. They should be proficient in legal research and drafting, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on corporate transactions and compliance issues
• Participating in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and other legal documents
• Assisting with regulatory filings and compliance matters
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the bar in at least one state
• Experience in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
