About the Role

Experience in corporate formation/governance, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters, and licensing and regulatory issues at the federal, state, and local levels is required. Candidates should anticipate working on matters involving non-disclosure and similar proprietary agreements, business and shareholder disputes, executive compensation and employment matters, and risk management and business succession planning.
