Corporate Associate - M&A

Office locations: Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Phoenix, St. Louis

About the role

We seek a mid-level transactional associate with 3+ years of experience to join one of our offices. While these locations are preferred, we are also open to candidates who are barred in states and reside in cities where we have offices.

Responsibilities

• Draft documents related to mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct due diligence in preparation for transactions

Requirements

• 3+ years of transactional experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with lawyers and non-lawyers inside and outside the firm
