Corporate Associate - Commercial Finance

About the role

Quarles & Brady LLP is seeking a highly‑qualified junior to mid‑level Associate to join the Commercial Finance Group in the Milwaukee office.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on sophisticated commercial loan transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non‑lawyers, inside and outside the firm.

Compensation

Compensation is determined based on market location, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and other job‑related factors. The salary range for associates physically located in Chicago is $190,000 to $280,000 per year.
