Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
• Lead and assist on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and investment structures
• Advise clients on general corporate matters, including governance and operational issues
• Manage multiple active deals and assignments with competing timelines
• Work collaboratively with attorneys across practice areas to support client needs
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to a diverse client base

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in corporate transactions and M&A
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Financings and private capital transactions
  • Ongoing business and corporate advisory work
• Familiarity with securities matters is beneficial but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania is preferred

Pay

$150,000 - $225,000 per year
