CORPORATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
• Experience representing clients on both buy-side and sell-side matters; domestic and cross-border experience is desirable
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• New York or New Jersey bar admission or eligibility to waive

Pay

• New Jersey: $205,000-$220,000
• New York : $220,000-$235,000
