About the Role
We are seeking an M&A associate attorney to join our Private Equity Practice Group in one of the following offices: Columbus, Denver, Nashville, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
- Experience representing clients on both buy-side and sell-side matters
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bar admission in the state in which you reside, or eligibility to waive into the bar in the short-term
Pay
The salary ranges for this role are as follows:
- Columbus/Pittsburgh: $185,000–$210,000
- Denver/Nashville/Washington, D.C.: $210,000–$235,000
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
