Corporate Associate Attorney

About the role
We are seeking an M&A associate attorney to join our Private Equity Practice Group in our Columbus, Denver, Nashville, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C. office. Our reputation is reinforced by numerous Chambers and Best Lawyers ranked practices and attorneys. Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
- Experience representing clients on both buy-side and sell-side matters
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bar admission in the state in which you reside, or eligibility to waive into the bar in the short-term
Pay
The salary ranges for this role reflect a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
- Columbus/Pittsburgh: $185,000-$210,000
- Denver/Nashville/Washington, D.C.: $210,000-$235,000
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
