Corporate Associate

Thompson Hine LLP seeks an Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice in any of its Ohio offices.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on complex transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions. Additional experience with commercial contracts or corporate governance matters is a plus.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $200,000–240,000, determined by the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors.
