Corporate Associate Attorney | Business Transactions & M&A Boston, MA | Hybrid | Full Time | Direct Hire Pay: $140-180K depending on experience Are you a business-minded attorney who enjoys helping companies grow, navigate complex transactions, and serve as a trusted advisor? A well-established Boston law firm is expanding its Corporate, M&A, and Commercial Transactions practice and is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 2+ years of business transactional experience to join its collaborative team. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and executives while building your practice in a transparent, mentorship-driven environment. Responsibilities Draft and review transactional documents with direct attorney mentorship and client interaction.Play an active role on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.Prepare transaction schedules and assist with closing coordination.Conduct corporate and real estate due diligence.Research and advise clients on a variety of commercial legal matters while supporting outside general counsel services.Build trusted relationships with business owners and executives across diverse industries. Qualifications: 2-5+ years of business transactional law experience (summer associate and part-time experience will be considered).Massachusetts Bar License in good standing. Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and transactional documents.Working knowledge of entity formation and business structuring.Familiarity with M&A deal flow, due diligence, closing processes, and transaction documentation.Understanding of Asset Purchase Agreements (APA), Membership Interest Purchase Agreements (MIPA), Stock Purchase Agreements (SPA), and commercial finance documents.Securities law exposure is a plus, but not required.Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, client-focused approach.An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in developing a long-term legal practice.
