Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases.

Responsibilities

• Work on national class action court cases
• Formation of public companies
• Financial institution capital transactions
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Pro bono cases

Requirements

• At least three years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience
• Knowledgeable in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate work
• Strong writing, analytical and communications skills
• Academic excellence
• Adept in case management
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
