Corporate Associate
About the role
Moore & Van Allen's Charlotte office is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Corporate practice group. This group represents both public and privately owned companies in a variety of business matters, including commercial contract issues, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance counsel.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating principal and ancillary agreements related to supply, purchase, service, transportation, and other commercial transactions.
- Engaged in a wide variety of corporate and commercial projects.
- Extensive client contact, providing pragmatic counsel.
Requirements
- Law Degree
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
