Corporate and Securities Associate – St. Louis

About the role

Thompson Coburn is seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Corporate and Securities practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising buyers, sellers, private equity firms, and investors on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, securities transactions, and other complex corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Manage deal processes
• Advise on corporate governance
• Counsel clients on securities law and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate and securities law
• Currently licensed to practice law in Missouri
