Primary Focus for Corporate Aerospace Buyer
- Executes purchase orders and routine sourcing activities
- Solicits quotes and conducts bid evaluations
- Negotiates pricing and delivery within established guidelines
- Maintains procurement records and audit compliance
- Supports internal customers and operational requirements
- May assist with planning and reviewing work of procurement specialists when appropriate

What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered
- 2+ years of procurement in a regulated manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, or industrial environment is required
- Experience soliciting supplier quotations, evaluating bids, issuing purchase orders, and managing supplier performance
- Ability to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms while supporting quality and operational objectives
Education and Experience Requirements
- Develops sources of supply and obtains information from suppliers concerning product and/or service specifications, price, delivery dates, etc.
- Prepares definitive purchase orders, including terms and conditions, makes award, administers contracts with suppliers within budgetary limitations, and ensures schedules are met
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and cost
- Ensure procurement activities comply with AS9100, ITAR, and other aerospace standards
- Collaborate with internal departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support audits and reporting requirements
- Assists in planning and reviewing the work of Procurement Spec, where appropriate
