Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle project accounting from setup through closeout.
- Manage job costing, customer billing, AIA billings, retainage, and revenue recognition.
- Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and month-end close support.
- Process weekly payroll, labor allocations, payroll reconciliations, and related reporting.
- Partner with Operations and Project Management teams to support project profitability and financial reporting.
- Mentor accounting staff and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
- Strong experience in general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed assets.
- Experience with job cost accounting, WIP reporting, payroll, and project-based accounting environments.
- Construction accounting experience strongly preferred, including exposure to AIA billing and project financial reporting.

$100K - $110K
Schedule
100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
