Corporate Access Specialist

Position OverviewOur client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a Corporate Access professional to join their team on a 1-year contract with potential for extension. This role can be based in Los Angeles or San Francisco and offers flexible start times with occasional travel required.Qualifications:5-8+ years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Institutional Sales, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or a related financial services roleExperience working directly with public company management teams and Investor Relations professionals strongly preferredStrong understanding of capital markets, public companies, and the investment research processIndustrials or Small Cap sector exposure is a plusBachelor's degree required; CFA, MBA, Investor Relations certifications, or similar credentials are a plusResponsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Investor Relations teams, sell-side partners, industry experts, and third-party providersServe as a trusted representative to senior-level stakeholders and executive leadership teamsCoordinate management meetings, conferences, site visits, field trips, expert engagements, and conference callsResearch companies, industries, and market developments to identify differentiated access opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally with Compliance, Technology, Research Data Services, Meetings & Events, and Sales teamsMaintain activity records and support process improvement initiativesDesired Skills:Strong executive presence and communication skillsComfortable interacting with C-suite executives and senior stakeholdersSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyExceptional relationship-building and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative mindset with a genuine interest in markets and industriesProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ, CorpAxe, and AI productivity tools is preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
