About the role

Coordinates and directs Security Personnel as assigned. Works as a line Security Officer, when not assigned to supervise, performing all duties as outlined in the Security Officer's Job Description.

Responsibilities

• Works as a line Security Officer, performing all duties as outlined in the Security Officer's Job Description.
• Covers shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensures compliance with NYS Security Guard Certification and NYS Drivers License requirements.
• Maintains a high level of physical fitness to meet the weight requirement of very heavy lifting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate of Arts in Criminal justice, Criminology, or a related area; or its equivalency of a minimum of 60 semester hours with an emphasis in criminal justice/criminology preferred.
• NYS Security Guard Certification required.
• Licensed NYS Security Guard required.
• NYS Drivers License required.
• CPR Certification required.
• One year experience as a Security Guard preferred.

Qualifications
