Corn Help Seasonal Bin Area
Responsibilities
- Direct drivers as they position their semi-trailers near the tractor and auger.
- Operate the swing auger and open trailer hatches to unload corn safely into designated grain bins.
- Operate tractor power take-off (PTO) equipment.
- Clean up corn spills and maintain an orderly bin area.
- Enter and clean grain bins while following all required safety procedures.
- Collect probe samples from grain bins for conditioning and quality testing.
- Operate company vehicles as needed.
- Provide general support to Bin Technicians and assist with other harvest-related duties.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AS400.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work safely around agricultural and grain-handling equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime as delivery schedules require.
