Go Deeper: Why Core Values?

I didn't initially appreciate the importance of core values until I read Traction by Gino Wickman. The book explains that core values define your culture and who you truly are as people. When they are clear, they attract like-minded people to your organization and weed out those who don't fit. After several meetings with long-term employees, we determined six values that make us who we are.
