CORE Site Manager - Oakland
About the role
The CORE Site Manager works under the supervision of the Reentry Center Director and oversees the operation of the CORE Program. This role ensures compliance with applicable contracts and demonstrates progress towards established Participant and Program outcomes. The Site Manager will work directly with the reentry population and manage, direct, or implement significant site-based programming. They will also engage stakeholders, build key partnerships to support onsite activities, and coach and develop Center staff. Alameda County residents and formerly incarcerated individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Program Management: Develop and maintain constructive business partnerships; support the simultaneous performance of multiple service delivery contracts; manage a team’s ability to meet outcome goals, productivity targets, and all other performance metrics; proactively address challenges, opportunities, risks, unusual events, or program changes.
- People Management: Direct and indirect supervision of a Multi-Services Team, including resource planning, hiring, personnel development, and performance management. Conduct weekly check-ins with team members, document, and monitor development plans for each team member.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all Rubicon and funder protocols and contract requirements for accurate and timely client data collection and reporting. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager and other Program Managers to develop and improve team processes, procedures, and protocols. Create a Richmond Site Manager Guidebook.
- Worksite Operations: Implement and enforce policies and protocols necessary for a productive and safe working environment, including direct oversight of day-to-day jobsite activities.
- Effective Communication: Convey complex and important information to a variety of audiences in both verbal and written forms. Collaborate with other Site Managers to ensure program fidelity and procedural consistency.

- Proficient understanding of Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Cultural Responsiveness, and Coaching.
- Ability to analyze, report on, and appropriately respond to performance-related measurements and metrics.
Requirements
A college degree, with a Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or quality assurance highly desirable. A person without a degree may meet this requirement with three years of experience designing, implementing, or evaluating the performance of direct service programs. This experience should include documenting procedures, developing reports, supervising service delivery staff, and ensuring compliance with programmatic requirements.

Pay
Salary: $74,000–$81,000 annually.
