Core Sales Representative
Primary Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systems.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, striving to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of security and fire alarm systems for clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Show a strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions.
- Display excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Show a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Be self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Show a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Salary
$55,000 plus commission
