About the role
This role supports U.S. national security customers with cleared experts who understand the mission, the tradecraft, and the people who have to make decisions with imperfect information. On GTLSS, TULK supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence College and related NGA mission partners by helping develop, deliver, and maintain GEOINT learning that is current, practical, and mission-relevant.
Responsibilities
- Deliver GEOINT tradecraft learning in classroom, virtual, and mobile training environments.
- Help learners connect tradecraft concepts to realistic mission scenarios, analytic problems, and operational decision-making.
- Support curriculum management, course maintenance, and course development activities in accordance with NGC guidance.
- Review courseware for technical accuracy, currency, instructional effectiveness, and alignment to the assigned tradecraft area.
- Participate in Integrated Development Team meetings with course managers, learning development representatives, and mission stakeholders.
- Maintain required instructor certification and course qualification status.
Requirements
- A U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution, related to their assigned area of expertise (e.g., Foundational GEOINT, Intelligence Comms, Critical Thinking, Deployed Analysis, or Cyber GEOINT).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience providing expertise on the concepts and applications of GEOINT tradecraft, methodology, and technology.

- Department of Defense (DoD) Basic Instructor Certification.
