Primary Role: Clinical & Diagnostic Specialist

• Serve as a key clinical partner, gathering diagnostic records and data-gathering procedures that influence patient outcomes.
• Accurately acquire and document vital signs and clinical data, including height, weight, neck circumference, blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation (SpO₂).
• Perform high-quality extraoral and intraoral diagnostic photography.
• Conduct intraoral 3D digital arch scanning, including full arches, gingival margins, and bite registrations.
• Acquire CBCT scans for complete head and neck evaluations in compliance with standing orders and ALARA principles.
• Measure rhinomanometry to assess nasal function.
• Precisely document and manage clinical files and digital images.
• Set up, calibrate equipment, and ensure infection control compliance.

Secondary Role: Provider Support & Patient Experience

• Assist providers with oral appliance therapy, Clear Aligner Therapy, and Quiet Night Laser.
• Deliver an elevated patient experience through education, empathy, and clear communication.
• Support smooth clinical flow and collaborative teamwork.
• Experience with Mandibular Advancement Devices is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experienced (1-2 years) Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (per state requirements).
