About the role

We're seeking a Copywriter & Editor with 2+ years of post-graduate experience to transform raw drafts into polished, high-performing content across every channel.

Responsibilities

• Take first-pass content for websites, emails, and print and sharpen it into copy that's clear, on-brand, and built to convert
• Edit and proofread your own work and your teammates' to catch errors, tighten language, and elevate the final product
• Apply a discerning eye to structure, flow, and word choice so every piece reads like it was written by one confident voice
• Stay fluent in each university's style guidelines and brand voice, and know exactly where a draft needs to flex to match it
• Continually raise the bar on creativity, refining copy until it drives action
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines without letting quality slip

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience
• Degree in journalism, communication, marketing, or similar
• An editor's instinct: you can spot what's not working in a piece of writing and know exactly how to fix it
• Keen attention to detail and hold every piece of content to a high standard before it goes out the door
• Strong project management skills
