About the role
Support Creative Pod: Adapt and extend copy across formats for campaign initiatives.
Copy Production: Write bilingual copy for social media, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, and digital ads.
Versioning & Adaptation: Execute multiple variations based on briefs, ensuring cultural resonance.
Transcreation: Create native, culturally relevant Spanish copy beyond literal translation.
File Prep & Delivery: Prepare and organize final copy for handoff.
Quality Assurance: Proofread for errors, brand voice, grammar, cultural appropriateness, and compliance.
Collaboration: Work with designers, project managers, and marketing teams.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with Spanish-language digital marketing and iGaming trends.

Requirements
- 3+ years copywriting experience
- Native/near-native fluency in English and Spanish
- Portfolio showing bilingual or Spanish-language digital, social, and CRM copy
- Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic culture and sports fandom (soccer, NFL, NBA, boxing)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages
- Familiarity with AP Style, but adaptable to internal style guide
- Proficiency in AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) and editing tools (e.g., Grammarly)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with digital platforms and fast-paced environments
- Passion for sports and writing about live betting moments
- Experience in iGaming or regulated industry preferred
