Duties
- Draft customer-facing communications across Business and FirstNet
- Ensure messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with Brand voice
- Develop best-in-class, industry-leading service communications
- Including but not limited to Product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and CPNI incidents
- Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, ask the right questions, and turn intake requests into polished communication drafts
- Leverage Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools to continuously optimize copy based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ year of Microsoft Copilot AI Agent experience
- Strong copywriting and external communications experience
- Telecom copywriting experience
