Copywriter

About the role

This is a temporary, full-time Copywriter position located in Dallas, TX, with an estimated duration of 39 months. The work model is onsite, with hours of 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST. The hourly rate ranges from $35.00 to $45.00.

Only qualified candidates located near Dallas, TX will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting customer-facing communications across Business and FirstNet, developing best-in-class service communications, and leveraging AI tools such as Copilot AI Agents.

Responsibilities

• Draft customer-facing communications across Client Business and FirstNet, ensuring messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with Brand voice.
• Develop best-in-class, industry-leading service communications, including product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and CPNI incidents.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, ask the right questions, and turn intake requests into polished communication drafts.
• Leverage Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools to continuously optimize copy based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience drafting customer-facing communications across Business and FirstNet.
• 5+ years of experience developing best-in-class, industry-leading service communications.
• 5+ years of experience leveraging Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools.
• Passion and expertise for putting the customer at the center of every communication.
