Copywriter

About the role

BSSP is looking for a Copywriter who loves the craft of making ideas sing. You'll help bring integrated campaigns to life across film, social, digital, print, and whatever comes next. This role sits at center of the action—working with art directors, creative directors, strategists, and account teams to push the work further, sharper, and more surprising at every turn. If you're opinionated about words, curious about culture, and calm when the brief changes on a Friday afternoon, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Partner with art directors to conceptualize bold campaign ideas.
• Write across social, digital, film, print, and emerging channels.
• Turn strategy into sharp headlines, scripts, and brand storytelling.
• Shape and protect the voice of the brand.
• Push ideas through rounds of feedback until they’re better than they started.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and producers to bring the work to life.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience writing in an agency or similar creative environment.
• A portfolio that proves you can think and write across all channels.
• The ability to move between campaign ideas, headlines, scripts, and social.
• Curiosity about culture, sports, gaming, entertainment, and how brands show up in them.
• Fluency with Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, and AI tools.
