Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (English or writing emphasis preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing conceptual skills
- One-plus years of experience in an agency setting
- Solid creative writing skills and digital landscape expertise
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suites
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to work independently under guidance from Creative Director and senior team members

A conceptual copywriter for the Retail Team must possess the following core skills:
- Ideator: Ability to work quickly and pivot ideation under tight deadlines, adapting to strategic direction changes driven by market conditions or global events.
- Persistence/Staying Power: Commitment to long-term projects, enduring unexpected direction changes and multiple revisions from internal and client reviews.
- Adaptability: Skill in adjusting to diverse assignments, creating desire through feature/benefit descriptions, urgency, and calls to action. Includes handling tone subtleties for campaigns such as new product launches, sales events, disaster relief, community support, regional-centric, or multicultural campaigns.
- Multi-Tasker: Ability to manage multiple assignments with overlapping deadlines, assimilating key information from briefs to deliver actionable ideas.
- Focus & Clarity of Purpose: Identifying essential vs. non-essential information, even when incomplete or unclear, to maintain efficiency under pressure.
- Articulate & Succinct: Ability to clearly convey the "how, what, and why" of ideas to art directors, managers, colleagues, and clients, navigating multi-layered approval processes.

Pay
Base salary range: $45,000–$90,000 USD.
Schedule
Hybrid work model with teams in the office an average of four days a week.
