Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-departmental colleagues to solve problems for our clients.
- Work with your team to develop the best ideas and execute them with excellence.
- Translate complex ideas and information into compelling messages and copy, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and goals.
- Develop expertise across a diverse range of channels and tactics, including digital, social, video, and print for a wide range of audiences.
- Contribute to concepting for agency-wide creative efforts, including new campaigns and new business.
- Develop solid presentation skills to present and defend your work internally, to clients, and others with help from your manager and team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of writing experience, with a portfolio demonstrating excellent concepting, writing, and communication skills.
- Passion for health and wellness, with OTC, pharma, or HCP experience.
- Ability to research and understand healthcare topics and translate that into persuasive communication.
- Insatiable curiosity; a student of advertising and all things health and pharma, always looking for ways to bring modern trends into our work.
- Drive to succeed as a lifelong learner, never settling for the status quo, and striving to make the work better and your teammates stronger.

Pay
Compensation range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
Schedule
This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring employees to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday each week in our Chicago office.
