Copy Supervisor

Our GSW Santa Monica team is hiring a Copy Supervisor! As a Copy Supervisor at GSW, you’ll work on a variety of projects that inspire and reach people with just a few words. You’ll serve as a key member of a cross-functional team and oversee day-to-day copy responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the “team owner,” managing day-to-day copy responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft novel, original work across multiple mediums—print, digital, and beyond—for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand, category, and marketplace.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual abilities and superior storytelling skills.
- Create sales aids, core claims, and other promotional materials that drive engagement.
Essential Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in the advertising industry.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical agency experience, including writing for HCPs and patients.
- Proven ability to develop sales aids, core claims, and other promotional content.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual ability.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, journalism, or related field; coursework in pharmaceutical advertising or life sciences a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of a strategically driven creative process.
- Basic knowledge of digital communications and media channels.
Pay
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
