About the role
Oversee and execute maintenance programs for aquatic resources, including lakes, ponds, stormwater systems, and other bodies of water. Provide hands-on support for maintaining the health and functionality of these resources while ensuring safety and high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute maintenance programs for clients' aquatic resources, including lakes, ponds, and stormwater systems.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfactory service delivery.
- Apply best practices and follow operating procedures to deliver services safely and efficiently.
- Learn and implement core principles of lake and pond management, including herbicide application, invasive species management, and water quality testing.
- Safely operate small watercraft and other equipment as needed for service delivery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with various types of equipment and report necessary repairs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, particularly when interacting with clients and team members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating boats and towing trailers is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
