Job Details The Operator is responsible for operating industrial power equipment as needed to complete assigned tasks. This person is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service. Job Responsibilities The operators must do machine checks each day. Drive throughout the plant with their main focus using the machine to sweep and scrub the floor.Must get on and off the machine frequently to sweep, with a broom, where the machines cannot reach and use a scraper throughout the entire shift to scrape excess rubber off the floors, assist with spill clean ups, and dust guardrails.Maintain a safe work environment following all required safety regulations and protocolsComplete other duties as assigned Job Requirements Skills and AbilitiesMust be 18 years or olderMust have reliable transportationAbility to comprehend and follow instructions, either orally or in writingMust follow all health and safety requirementsGood communication skillsCustomer-oriented and friendlyEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDSuccessfully pass training: Lock-Out-Tag-Out, Confined Spaces, Aerial Lifts, Forklift, Gator/Cart, Fall Protection, PPE, and Bloodborne PathogensPhysical RequirementsStand and walk for long periods of time; climb stairsRepeat the same movementsFrequent bending and twistingAble to lift, push & pull 50lbsWork at heights to 40 feetAble to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsFull Time-2nd Shift Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm$18.50/hr Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTD PTO/Holidays--- (add this depending on account) Must pass pre-employment requirements as needed Now offering Daily Pay!
